Total cost is $235 per person which includes: lodging and meals at YMCA, 2 lift tickets, and meals and hot cocoa on slopes. Bring your own ski equipment and be ready to go. Never skied before or want to learn to snowboard? This is the perfect opportunity! For an additional cost ($20), they have beginner lessons and Butternut is a very ski friendly mountain, with enough black diamonds to challenge the experienced skier and enough greens to encourage beginners.

Drop off and Pick up: We will gather Saturday, March 3 at 7:00am in the adult choir room. Chaperones please park your cars in the circle. We will load gear, and head out. Be prompt. We will return around 3pm on Sunday, March 4, calling when we are 1 hour away.
What to Bring: Sleeping bag, pillow, and PJ’s. Change of clothes. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush). There are showers, bring a towel, if you wish to use them. Space is limited. We will go straight to the mountain. Please rent your ski equipment ahead of time.
Spending money? You may bring $10-25 for incidentals.

Where are we skiing? Butternut Mountain is very family friendly. Check it out. www.skibutternut.com. Whether you are a beginner, or an advanced skier, this promises to be a fun weekend. If you have never skied, please let Kibbie know as they have a great ski school, and this is the perfect time to learn!
Where we are staying? www.campjewell.org We will have our own private cabin at Camp Jewell’s YMCA. You will have a bunk bed and a shower. They have tubing and smores at night, and we will have lots of time to hang, bond, and just be together. This is designed to be a retreat weekend, a chance to get away from it all, to enjoy your friends and the beauty of Winter.
